Customized products may differ based on customer requirements.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Orders & Lead Times
Many products on Meklet.lk are built to order.
Lead times vary based on product type, material availability, and workload.
Once production begins, customized orders cannot be canceled.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver island-wide through approved courier and logistics partners.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier delays.
Meklet.lk is not responsible for delays outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for standard products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Custom-built or modified products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Warranty
All Meklet products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Incorrect installation
Misuse
Physical damage
Unauthorized modifications
8. Customer Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Any activity under your account will be considered authorized by you.

All photos, text, designs, and branding on Meklet.lk are the property of Meklet Metal Technology (Pvt) Ltd.
