Yes. Products can be customized to suit the required dimensions, material, finish, protection level and application. Share your drawings, equipment layout, quantity and operating environment so our engineering team can review the requirement.

Yes. Meklet supplies solutions for industrial, commercial, infrastructure and domestic electrical applications. Product selection and specifications should always be confirmed for the intended installation.

Standard ranges are available, and dimensions can be customized on request. For example, wall-mounting enclosures are commonly produced in several standard depths with a wide range of heights and widths.

Selected enclosure designs can be supplied for IP54, IP55 or IP65 requirements. The suitable rating depends on the enclosure construction, accessories and installation conditions, so please confirm the required rating when requesting a quotation.

Meklet operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Applicable electrical enclosure and panel products can be manufactured in accordance with relevant requirements such as IEC 61439, subject to the agreed product specification.

Material options include mild steel, electro-galvanized or zinc-coated steel, galvanized iron, zinc-aluminium coated steel, aluminium and stainless steel grades including AISI 304, AISI 316 and AISI 316L.

The right material depends on location, corrosion exposure, required strength, hygiene needs, finish, budget and expected service life. Meklet’s team can recommend an option after reviewing the application and environment.

Meklet provides precision laser cutting, laser welding, CNC sheet bending, powder coating, enclosure fabrication, assembly and related design support.

Meklet’s fibre-laser capability supports materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized sheet. Maximum thickness depends on the material and job requirements; the published capability includes cutting up to 12 mm for suitable applications.

A range of standard and optional RAL colours is available in finishes such as texture, gloss, semi-gloss, matte and selected special textures. Availability should be confirmed when ordering because colour and powder chemistry depend on the application.

Yes. Options include suitable corrosion-resistant base materials, surface preparation, phosphating, polyester or epoxy-polyester powder systems and zinc-rich primer where appropriate. The required system should be agreed according to the exposure conditions.

Please provide the product type, dimensions, material, sheet thickness, quantity, finish or RAL colour, IP requirement, accessories, drawings and required delivery date. Photos or reference samples can also help define the scope.

Yes. Send available drawings, specifications and schedules to info@meklet.lk or sales@meklet.lk. The team will review the information and contact you if clarification is required.

Lead time depends on product type, quantity, customization, material availability and current workload. Some straightforward jobs may be completed quickly, while engineered or high-volume orders require more time. Your confirmed quotation will provide the applicable lead time.

Urgent work can be reviewed based on material availability, engineering requirements and production capacity. Contact the team with your deadline before placing the order so feasibility can be confirmed.

Pricing is based on the approved specification, material, quantity, finish, accessories, fabrication work and delivery requirements. Prices may change before order confirmation if the specification or material cost changes.

An order is processed after the technical and commercial details are agreed and the required payment confirmation is received. Customized orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Yes. Meklet can arrange island-wide delivery through approved courier and logistics partners. Delivery cost and method depend on product size, weight, destination and urgency.

Collection may be arranged from Meklet’s facility in Polgasowita after the team confirms that the order is complete and ready. Please coordinate a collection time in advance.

Standard products may be accepted for return within seven days of delivery when unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Custom-built or modified products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Contact Meklet before returning anything.

The warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing defects. It does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, physical damage, unsuitable environmental exposure or unauthorized modifications.

Photograph the packaging and product immediately, retain all packaging, and contact Meklet as soon as possible with the order details. The team will review whether the issue relates to transport or manufacturing.

Meklet’s scope can include enclosure engineering, fabrication, assembly and electrical fitting for agreed projects. The exact scope must be confirmed in the quotation; do not assume installation or internal equipment is included unless stated.
